O conhecimento dos fatores mais importantes de varia\u00e7\u00e3o ajuda a reduzir a varia\u00e7\u00e3o e otimizar a amostragem.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Fontes de varia\u00e7\u00e3o na caixa de ferramentas do LSS estilo Startup<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 O<a href=\"https:\/\/www.midomenech.com.br\/lean-six-sigma-da-dinheiro\/\"> Lean Six Sigma estilo Startup<\/a> conta com uma caixa de ferramentas muito rica para aprofundar a ci\u00eancia dos dados (Figura 1). Os fatores a considerar para este tipo de estudo devem ser de tipo atributo, exemplo, m\u00e1quina, turno, local, dia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0O plano de amostragem pode ser hier\u00e1rquico ou cruzado e \u2013 se poss\u00edvel \u2013 o n\u00famero de dados coletados para cada n\u00edvel deve ser igual (plano balanceado). Exemplo: como exemplo considere um estudo realizado em uma m\u00e1quina de fia\u00e7\u00e3o de um fio artificial. O pessoal mede a tens\u00e3o do fio, que influencia na afinidade tintorial. O plano escolhido foi o da Figura 2: foram medidas 12 posi\u00e7\u00f5es (gomos) de cada lado da m\u00e1quina e, em cada posi\u00e7\u00e3o foram realizadas 20 medidas da tens\u00e3o. Pode ser utilizado para planos cruzados ou hier\u00e1rquicos. A numera\u00e7\u00e3o dos n\u00edveis dos fatores hierarquicamente inferiores deve ser como para o gr\u00e1fico multi-vari.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEstat\\ANOVA\\ANOVA completamente aninhada\u201d: utilizado quando o planejamento \u00e9 completamente hier\u00e1rquico, balanceado ou n\u00e3o. Os res\u00edduos s\u00e3o calculados igual que na regress\u00e3o, como a diferen\u00e7a entre o valor de tens\u00e3o e sua m\u00e9dia (dependendo do lado).
