\u00a0 H\u00e1 uma estrat\u00e9gia dentro da caixa de ferramentas do DFLSS (Design For Lean Six Sigma<\/em>) denominada \u201cDesenho de Processos Robustos\u201d que \u00e9 pouco conhecida pela comunidade Six Sigma embora sua enorme import\u00e2ncia para o controle de processos. Um produto, processo ou sistema \u00e9 robusto quando \u00e9 projetado para opera\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua com tempo de inatividade, taxa de falha e variabilidade muito baixos e insensibilidade muito alta a um ambiente externo que muda continuamente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00a0Uma empresa que trabalha muito bem com esta estrat\u00e9gia \u00e9 a Dupont (Figura 1). N\u00e3o se desespere quem ainda trabalha fortemente com amostragem de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o do produto final!
